Our shipping is a no signature required service. This means that a courier or a postman usually leaves an order at the front door or letterbox.

We want everyone to be happy and satisfy with shopping in our store. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it for another one within 14 days of purchase.

You can return any product purchased at without giving a reason. However, we will be very pleased if you let us know why you want to do it. 

Return and Exchange Procedure 

To start your return or exchange procedure, please write to us at or use the contact form.

The message should contain:

  1. What product / products you would like to return or exchange?
  2. Do you want to get a refund or to exchange it for another product. Optionally, you can provide a reason for the return.
  3. Please, attach proof of your purchase.
  4. If the product is damaged, please describe the problem, optionally include photos.

If the refund or exchange has been accepted, you will receive a message with the shipping address.


It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the Love Yourself warehouse. If this condition is not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange unless the item(s) are faulty

In the case of a damaged product, you can take a photo of the damage and attach it in your message.

If you choose a refund, it will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Remember that we do not refund shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will immediately send your refund.

If you decide to exchange the product, you can exchange it for an amount equal to the one previously paid. Remember that we do not refund shipping costs.  You can exchange the product for a cheaper or more expensive one, and an eventual refund or additional payment will be determined in our correspondence with you.
