Placing an order

When placing an order through the store, you must provide your personal data necessary to process the order, i.e. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and address for delivery of the order. You can also provide additional data, such as information about your business. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, this data will be automatically included in the order form, but you always have the possibility to modify them.

The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in the order is the execution of the sales contract, which you conclude on the basis of the shop regulations.

The data given in the order form will be saved in the shop's database and will be stored there until the statute of limitations of claims arising from the sales contract concluded through the shop. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. Apart from personal data, the order details such as the date of placing the order, the subject and value of the order, the chosen delivery and payment method are also recorded.


If, in connection with an order, we issue an invoice to you, we process your personal data for this purpose to the extent necessary to issue an invoice. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is the fulfilment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice.
